Die Chain ID ist eine Konstante zur Übersetzungszeit und wird bei jeder Transaktion geprüft: Ein Envelope, der für eine andere Chain signiert wurde, wird bei der Annahme mit chain id abgelehnt, nicht angenommen und danach verworfen.

Das sind Planungsziele, keine Garantien
Beide Zahlen unten sind Intervalle, die der Blockproduzent anstrebt. Keine davon ist eine Latenzgarantie, und keine ist eine Durchsatzzahl - der Versiegler lässt einen verspäteten Tick aus, statt aufzuholen, ein Ziel beschreibt also eine Kadenz und kein Versprechen. Diese Dokumentation veröffentlicht keine Durchsatzzahl.

Zwei davon sind Konstanten zur Übersetzungszeit statt Umgebungsvariablen, und das ist eine Korrektheitsanforderung: Ein einstellbarer Mindestgaspreis oder ein einstellbarer Hardfork würde es einer Replika erlauben, eine Transaktion abzulehnen oder neu zu bepreisen, die der Leader bereits angenommen hat, und die Ableitung würde an der Abweichung anhalten. Cancun festzusetzen bedeutet außerdem, dass ein revm-Upgrade die Gasabrechnung unter einer Chain, die bereits abgewickelt hat, nicht stillschweigend ändern kann.
Gas wird in ETH bezahlt, dauerhaft. PKL ist nie erforderlich, um zu transagieren - im Glossar steht, was PKL ist und was nicht.

Diese Seite veröffentlicht keine Contract-Adresse. Seien Sie vorsichtig mit jeder Adresse, die Sie anderswo finden: Ein EVM-CALL an ein Konto ohne Code gelingt, ein Swap, der über eine Adresse geleitet wird, an der nichts deployt ist, revertet also nicht, sondern nimmt Ihr ETH und meldet Erfolg. Das ist der eine Fehler auf dieser Chain, der Geld statt Zeit kostet.
Die hauseigenen Frontends lösen die Adressen, die sie brauchen, zur Laufzeit aus der Chain auf, statt eine einzukompilieren. Der Explorer zeigt, was an einer Adresse deployt ist, aber er verifiziert keinen Quelltext und veröffentlicht kein ABI; das Repository öffnet sich im Lauf des Testnetzes schrittweise.
