Chain ID - константа времени компиляции, и он проверяется на каждой транзакции: конверт, подписанный для другой сети, отвергается при приёме с chain id, а не принимается и затем отбрасывается.
Каденция
Это целевые интервалы, а не гарантии
Оба числа ниже - интервалы, которые старается выдерживать производитель блоков. Ни одно из них не гарантия задержки и не цифра пропускной способности: запечатывающий пропускает опоздавший тик вместо того, чтобы навёрстывать, так что цель описывает каденцию, а не обещание. Эта документация не публикует никаких цифр пропускной способности.

Два из них - константы времени компиляции, а не переменные окружения, и это требование корректности: настраиваемая минимальная цена газа или настраиваемый хардфорк позволили бы реплике отвергнуть или переоценить транзакцию, которую лидер уже принял, и деривация остановилась бы на расхождении. Закрепление Cancun также означает, что обновление revm не сможет незаметно изменить учёт газа под сетью, которая уже рассчиталась.
Газ платится в ETH, навсегда. PKL никогда не требуется, чтобы совершить транзакцию, - что такое PKL и чем он не является, см. в глоссарии.

Для любого, кто пишет индексатор, это таблица с самыми тяжёлыми последствиями на всём сайте, и у неё есть собственная страница, где расписаны режимы отказа. Коротко: узел - это RPC-индекс, а не архив, и шаблон запросов, предполагающий обратное, будет молча терять данные, а не выдавать ошибку.
Адреса контрактов
Разрешайте адрес, никогда не угадывайте его
Эта страница не публикует ни одного адреса контракта. Будьте осторожны с любым адресом, найденным где-то ещё: EVM-CALL к аккаунту без кода завершается успешно, так что своп, направленный по адресу, где ничего не развёрнуто, не делает revert - он забирает ваш ETH и сообщает об успехе. Это та единственная ошибка в этой сети, которая стоит денег, а не времени.
Фронтенды первой стороны разрешают нужные им адреса из сети во время выполнения, а не вкомпилируют их. Обозреватель показывает, что развёрнуто по адресу, но он не верифицирует исходный код и не публикует ABI; репозиторий открывается постепенно в ходе тестовой сети.
